Sunny Monkeys LLC provides creative design services including branding, visual identity, web design, brand strategy, and creative consulting. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

2. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit is required before work begins
• Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment
• All fees are in US dollars

3. Revisions

The number of revisions included in each project is specified in your proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. Sunny Monkeys LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals needed to complete your project. Delays caused by late feedback may affect project timelines.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details with strict confidentiality and will not share them with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunny Monkeys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
